CUBANCUBE is a Miami based foodtruck brought to you by the famous Cuban eatery Islas Canarias Restaurant. The menu consists of interesting twists on traditional Cuban food including their extremely popular ‘Croqueta Sliders’. The mobile restaurant is operated by the owners’ daughter and son and has been a great success since their opening night!
